My Skincare Routine for Preventing Redness

My Skincare Routine for Preventing Redness

Discuss the redness on the skin and how to treat it

Most of my life I have experienced skin conditions such as acne, dryness, acne scars, and redness. When I first discovered aloe vera, it truly worked wonders on my skin. A vegetable that you can purchase at the supermarket with all natural ingredients goes the extra mile with soothing properties. Some of the changes I noticed were soft – to- touch, refreshing feeling, and even out the skin on my face.

The steps I take to achieve a liquified aloe is as follows:

  1. I purchase an aloe vera at the local supermarket
  2. Slice the aloe on the side and begin to grade with a cheese grader
  3. slicing it into pieces and placing it inside the blender is also ideal
  4. Pour the gel into a small container with a cover to save for the week
  5. Applying the gel onto a cleansed face is ideal

It is also encouraged to apply the aloe vera gel after a long day out in the sun.

Putting this gel on your face twice a week will show great skin improvement.

Having it in the refrigerator is a plus if you are looking to feel the cold on your face.
