Attending the Be+Well on Sunday March 8, 2026 was one of the best experiences at an event. Filled with a lot of positive energy and so many people!

Overwhelmed by all of these different companies and brands is an unforgettable understatement. I met many brand founders and CEO’s and it was nice of them to talk to me. The brands I interacted with were Kaxi, Senteales, Reedfresh, BeBare, Naisture, Belinic, Dr. Drop

Honestly I was not expecting to spend more money than the tickets I pre-purchased, yet I did on two conferences and some products.

Some of the things I purchased at the beauty convention were a toner from Senteales with gifted samples, Belinic skin care set, Kaxi hair claw and a lotion bar. At the convention, I immediately put the hair claw, it gave a cute look to having my hair down. I liked it that much!

The conferences I attended Whole-Person Care in Aesthetic Medicine: Where Wellness and The Neuro-Sensory Facial: Rewire the Nervous System & Rejuvenate the Skin was informative to the max, for me. I learned topics about skin care being more than just applying products. Stress is one of the main things that reflect aging skin. Breathing in and breathing out is another technique taught to improve overall stress. I did 3 breathing sessions and I noticed a difference right after.

These conferences gave me  a newer perspective on of the effective ways to apply it to everyday routine.

My conclusive take would be yes to attend this show at least once.
